Using the right battery makes all the difference. All of the handheld electronics we use in our daily lives — smartphones, laptops, tablets, and vape pens — are made with Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries. In vaporization technology, a strong li-on battery capacity ensures that each draw is consistent. Additionally, these batteries are low maintenance and have a high energy density, allowing for shorter charging times and longer lasting charges. How long a battery takes to charge makes a big difference to its usability. A long-lasting vape battery that takes all day to charge offers little advantage. A quality vape battery needs to strike a balance between how long a battery can keep a charge and how long it takes to achieve that charge, which is why CCELL-designed vaporizers use lithium-ion batteries. It is important to note that batteries won’t recharge indefinitely. Batteries that can handle multiple charging cycles are a requirement for any vaporizers intended for long-time use.

All of the Li-ion battery cells used in our products meet the requirements of UN38.3, ensuring they are safe for air transportation. As a trusted distributor of CCELL®® products exclusively, all of our power supplies include failsafe short-circuit protection that disables the output if a short is detected. Rechargeable products include overcharge protection for the battery cell.

CCELL cartridges use ceramic heating elements rather than more common, less reliable wick technology. These cartridges are built with larger holes to allow thicker and purer liquid to flow. They work by utilizing a ceramic heating element instead of cooking liquids on an exposed metal coil. This prevents the oil from burning and producing the acrid, unpleasant taste distinctive in inferior vape products.
